TfGM will process your personal information available from your Instagram account for the purpose of administrating the competition, including public announcement of the winners, and any other promotional activity. The personal data we will use is your Instagram handle when publishing your photograph on the competition website (and promotional activity), and name and address for delivery of any competition prizes.
TfGM process your personal data because it is necessary for the purposes of the contract you have entered into by accepting the competition terms and conditions.
As part of the terms and conditions, you are responsible for ensuring you have the consent to use and distribute any photograph or image of any other individuals. Please see the terms and conditions for other obligations.
Your personal data will be shared with SKV Communications for the purpose of managing the competition on behalf of TfGM.
TfGM will delete all personal data at the end of the campaign, in January 2019.
